Cancellation policy

  Full refund until 31 days before check-in

 Cancellations made **30-15 days** before check-in: 50% refund.

 Cancellations made **14 days or less** before check-in: No refund.

 No-show: The full amount is non-refundable.

This Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings for our vacation rental property. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms described below.

Early Departure: Unused nights will not be refunded.
 
Host‑Initiated Cancellation: In rare cases where we must cancel due to safety or urgent maintenance, guests will receive a full refund or assistance with alternative dates.
 
Payment Methods Accepted: Bank Transfer.
  Travel Insurance: Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
